Dr. Goodall was born and raised on Bowen Island, before moving to Ontario to complete a Bachelor of Science degree and attend Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph. Throughout her undergraduate and veterinary education, she maintained a special interest in zoo and aquatic animal medicine, while concurrently developing an interest in emergency medicine.
Growing up on a small Island, she continued to carry a love of the ocean with her and hoped to one day return to the West Coast. After completing veterinary school and an additional year of education in a small animal rotating internship in Calgary, she finally returned home and has been practicing small animal emergency medicine on Vancouver Island ever since. She also has developed a special interest in veterinary ophthalmology since working in the ER.
In her spare time, she likes to hike, paddle board, practice aerial hoop (Lyra), and snuggle with her cat, Evie.
